I love to read and this blog is a way for me to keep track of all I’ve read and share my reading with others who might be interested in similar books.

Reviews on my blog are from review copies, ARCs, e-galleys and personal copies.
When I have received a book or advance review copy from publishers for review, I always mention that in the review.
Publishers, publicists or authors who want to request a review, can mail me at stargazerpuj [at] gmail [dot] com with the details and I’ll be happy to fit in your book if I can. Please do go through the entire review policy before contacting me.
I currently live in London, UK, so please keep that in mind before requesting a review. If you can’t send me a hard copy of the book, I’m quite happy to read a digital copy on my Kindle.
Please send me a pitch so I can pick the books that most appeal to me. You can also send me a catalog so that I can choose the books that seem the best fit for me.
I don’t review self published books.
Genres accepted
I read and review mostly fiction. These are the types of books I love to read:
- General fiction
- Literary fiction
- Asian literature/fiction
- Contemporary fiction
- Crime thrillers, murder mysteries, forensic thrillers, psychological thrillers, suspense fiction
- Historical fiction
- Fiction fantasy
- Young adult
I do read some non-fiction like memoirs, but I’m choosy about the ones I do read.
I don’t read
- Sci-fi
- Horror
- Romance
- Christian fiction
- Children’s books
Formats accepted
My favourite format is the paperback, but I do accept other formats including hardbacks, digital ARCs or audio books.
I’m currently not accepting any self-published works for review.
Series
I love reading series, but insist on reading them in order. If you want me to review a book that is not the first in the series, please send me the previous books as well and give me enough time to catch up to the current book.

All reviews are my honest opinion. Accepting a book from a publisher/publicist/author does not guarantee a review on the blog or positive review. Please send me a pitch so I can pick the books that most appeal to me. You can also send me a catalog so that I can choose the books that seem the best fit for me.
Rarely, I might decline to review a book I have received if I feel it is not a good fit for me.
I don’t always respond to pitches if I feel that the title is just not right for me. If it’s a scheduling problem, I will usually write and let you know so that you can contact me in future for similar titles.
Rating
I rate books on plot, treatment, characterization, pace, writing etc. It is a completely subjective rating and only indicates how much I liked a book. I rate books between 1 and 5. A rating of 1 indicates that I really didn’t like the book and 5 of course means I absolutely loved it. Again, this is a completely subjective analysis and rating.
Review Copies
I do not sell the review copies I receive. I might donate some review copies (including ARCs) to a local library. Occasionally, I’ll give away books by conducting a contest on my blog.
